New to the area and my wife broke a tooth eating lunch.
I called and the person on the phone immediately made me feel comfortable and confident that i called the right place.
Told me i could bring her in same day if needed.
I opted for a next day appointment.
Great customer service!
The next day at the appointment everyone was welcoming.
They saw my wife minutes after we arrived.
Took care of her and made sure we both knew what her options were.

It's been a long while since my last visit, my the technology in the office is great from doing ex-rays and explaining clearly what needs to be done and seeing pictures from the screen helped me see and made sense to me work that needs done. Friendly atmosphere all around. Dr. Matt is great explaining my needs. Front office very very friendly too.

New to Burns, OR. I saw Matthew D. Bauer, DDS. Due to my cancer we were unable to do much. He gave me antibiotics. I was very thankful for that. I also appreciated how the Dr. sat with me and talked clearly about what I need in the future. He is a very kind man. Thank you.

This has been one of the best visits to a dentist of my entire life. Doctor Michelle Crabtree and her assistant were friendly and extremely informative. I loved that they did not dumb down the information but explained clearly the modern ways of dentistry. I can't wait until I get to go back and get the next part of my dental procedures done. This business is a little less than 2 hours away, and worth the entire trip! Thank you, Dr. Crabtree!

Dr Matt always takes care of me. I am a patient that is hard to numb and hates coming to the dentist. He takes his time, makes sure everything is explained and that I do not feel a thing. The crew is patient with me and let's me wear ear buds so I don't have to hear the drill. Lol.

During this time of covid 19 they were very aware of keeping themselves and their patients safe and healthy. As always you feel like your not just a patient they are genuinely friends.

I just had the best cleaning of my life! The hygienist and doctor were both great. I felt like they took their time to make sure I was taken care of.
I love that I was able to fill out my paperwork online before arrival. Also, they use texts for reminders and confirmations, which I appreciate!
They found one cavity, and they gave me an estimate about how much I will owe and how much the insurance will pay. I love that there doesn't seem to be any surprises.

I am only in the area for 10 days. I had an irritated gum line. I was a walk in and was seen within 20 mins. Excellent staff, very friendly, customer service oriented. I wish this was my team back home.

This visit was great like it always. Amanda my dental hygienist is wonderful and extremely friendly. I say mine because she is the only one I see. She always takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done. I have had the opportunity to change my cleaning appointment and always decline if it is not with Amanda. Over the years I have seen Dr Robert Burns, Dr David Burns, and Dr Taylor Burns. The office has very high tech equipment which makes visits simple. They have built a trust relationship that makes going to the dentist something I no longer dread as I did in the past. I would highly recommend Burns Dental care to everyone looking for dental care.
